3.No begging for a higher position
4.Swearing is allowed except for F@!#
5.Tell a moderator or owner if someone is advertising to you in PM (private message) or PC (private chat)

Moderators and Owners

1.No banning someone for no reason
2.No making anyone a moderator without NR_Tarheels and my permission
3.No advertising
4.No spamming
